34.4-0-0 (Ammonia Nitrate) is a widely used fertilizer to provide a quick and assimilable form of nitrogen during top dressing. Its composition makes it suitable for large crops, trees and horticulture.
In the fertilizer 34.4-0-0 Ammonia Nitrate half of the nitrogen is contained in nitrate form while the rest is in ammoniacal form. Both forms are assimilable by plants. Ammonium nitrate provides the plant with the energy required for the growth of the above-ground part, such as the shoots and fruits, and the underground part, i.e. the roots.
