In the fertilizer 12-28-0 all nitrogen is contained in ammoniacal form. In its ammoniacal form, nitrogen is essential to meet the needs during the growing season. Due to the high water solubility of phosphorus (93%), immediate availability of phosphorus is provided from the very first stages, a necessary part for the development of a rich root system.
